Our Founders
Chernor A. Jalloh
Co-Founder, President & AdministratorChernor A. Jalloh is the Co-Founder, President, and Administrator of Magliya Home Care LLC. He completed a Practical Nursing diploma program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University. With years of experience providing direct support services and healthcare assistance, he is dedicated to ensuring clients receive compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care.
As President and Administrator, Chernor oversees company operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and community outreach initiatives. His leadership is guided by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and person-centered care, ensuring that every client receives the support and respect they deserve while remaining safe and comfortable in their own home.
Kadiatu R. Koroma, RN, BSN
Co-Founder, Vice President & Director of NursingKadiatu R. Koroma is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and serves as the Vice President and Director of Nursing for Magliya Home Care LLC. She oversees nursing services, caregiver training, quality assurance, and client care planning, ensuring that every client receives safe, professional, and individualized support.
With a strong commitment to compassionate, person-centered care, Kadiatu plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence throughout the organization.
